Mental Coach & Sports Scientist

With my background as a physical education teacher and sports therapist, I have a solid understanding of anatomy, human movement, and the demands of a wide range of sports.

As a dance scientist and semi-professional dancer, I am familiar with the physical, technical, and mental challenges of dance from both an academic and practical perspective.

My experience as a strength and conditioning coach in youth dance development enables me to respond effectively to the unique needs and developmental stages of young people.

As a mental coach, I combine physical performance with mental strength, supporting athletes, artists, and young talents in reaching their full potential through a holistic approach.

I am certified with EMR for Spiraldynamik®  Med as well as for Sport- und Bewegungstherapie. Please, check the reimbursements of costs with your additional health insurance prior to your first treatment sesison.

The mental training session will not be covered by the insurance. You will have to pay it yoursefl.
